Mrs. Zeynep Eda Gemicioglu started her career in one of the top ranked international law offices in Istanbul. She started initially as a student intern and continued as an associate providing legal services in key sectors including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity funds and corporate practice groups. She worked on privatization projects as well as disputes, both litigation and arbitration matters, arising out of corporate and M&A matters. Additionally, she advised on capital market regulation matters. During her career she had the opportunity to work with the most esteemed law professors of Turkey in various dispute resolutions<\/p>\n

She continued her career as the senior legal counsel of Inteltek Internet Teknoloji ve Yatirim Danismanlik Ticaret A.S. which was one of the world’s largest operators in the state-run betting and gaming sector with its subsidiary Azerinteltek CJSC in Azerbaijan. Inteltek is a joint venture between Turkcell Iletisim Hizmetleri A.S. and Intralot Integrated Lottery Systems & Services SA, both listed companies in Nasdaq. In her 6 years tenure, she provided counselling in many different fields of law, particularly in games of chance law, administrative law, privatization law, corporate law, contractual law, criminal law and banking and financing law, including mergers and acquisitions, compliance and reporting in accordance with binding national and international regulations, legal authorities, associations and shareholders.<\/p>\n
