Mrs. Ay\u00e7a Berker, founding partner of Berker Berker Law Office, after working in some leading and important law offices in Istanbul, has continued her career in the banking sector in Bay\u0131nd\u0131rbank A.\u015e. Mrs. Berker has served as a manager in Legal Counseling Department in Turkcell \u0130leti\u015fim Hizmetleri A.\u015e. for a period of 14 years before becoming a partner of Berker Berker Law Office.<\/p>\n

Mrs. Ay\u00e7a Berker is working particularly in the fields of; telecommunication law, contract law, banking and finance law, real property and construction law, public \u2013 private cooperation (partnership) projects (PPP), personal data protection law, electronic commerce law, labor law and compliance and legislation works.<\/p>\n

With the business experience acquired in corporate area, Mrs. Ay\u00e7a Berker renders legal counseling and advice services in tandem with the needs and demands of corporate clients beyond solely the legal point of view, by also taking into consideration the commercial dimensions of the matter in hand, and is also engaged in works aimed at digitalization and improvement of internal processes of companies for the sake of saving of time and cost.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
